AD North Developers, Inc. of Cortland NY, was formed on January 1, 2009 when two lifelong friends decided to form one company that would be better equipped to serve their customers independently, while still providing the quality workmanship that both prided themselves upon. The company is the result of a merger between two previous companys, AP Builders, owned by Andrew Partis and Upstream Construction, owned by David McMasters.
Both Andrew and David have worked in the construction field for over forty years. Their experience in the industry covers a wide range including: heavy highway, commercial building and all phases of residential and agricultural construction. AD North Developers are fully insured and will guarantee their work. Unlike many of our competitors, we have the expertise and equipment to provide all phases of construction. This eliminates the need for multiple sub-contractors.
